Walden Security Completes another Flawless ISO 9001:2008 Audit

Knoxville and Nashville Branch Offices Boast Perfect Performance Scores
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.  (June 14) – American Systems Registrar (ASR) recently conducted the annual surveillance audit of Walden Security’s ISO®9001:2008 Quality Management System for the Knoxville, TN and Nashville, TN branch offices, led by director of quality assurance Tom Shipley.  Both branches scored perfectly in their audits, earning zero non-conformances, therefore ASR has recommended that Walden Security maintain ISO certification for the next twelve months.

This audit marks the ninth consecutive year our QMS has maintained certification.  Obtaining company-wide ISO certification confirms that Walden Security applies formalized business practices and guarantees its service will conform to quality standards, specifically in areas such as human resources, training, operations, client service, documentation and contract compliance.

ASR auditor Gordon Cox also commended us for implementing two Opportunities for Improvement that he previously recommended: GeoCheck mobile patrol technology and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) client reports.
