Walden Security Earns Fourth ISO® 9001:2008 QMS Certification

Fourth Tri-annual ISO Certification Audit is Another Success

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (June 13, 2012) -- Last week, American Systems Registrar conducted its recertification audit of Walden Security’s ISO®9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) for the Atlanta, Ga., Chattanooga, Tenn., and Nashville, Tenn. branch offices.  Every branch earned a flawless score, therefore Walden Security will maintain ISO certification for the next three years. 

ISO certification confirms that Walden Security applies formalized business practices and measurable quality standards in areas such as human resources, training, operations, client service, documentation and contract compliance.  Walden Security Director of Quality Assurance Tom Shipley said, "Our quality management commitment impacts our clients and employees in many positive ways; and this recertification is a result of a disciplined and focused effort on the part of every employee at each of these offices.  Congratulations to everyone involved."

This audit marks the tenth consecutive year the Walden Security QMS has maintained certification.
