Chattanooga, TN (July 15, 2005) -- Walden Security has recruited Jason Bush as operations manager for the Knoxville, TN branch and Chuck Mason as assistant operations manager for the Nashville, TN branch.

Jason Bush brings to the company a diverse range of experience as a military and certified law enforcement officer and has completed extensive training programs in sales and client relations. Prior to joining Walden Security, Bush was a Military Police Officer in the United States Army, serving tours in Haiti and Somalia during the mid-1990’s. He has also held positions as a correctional officer in a maximum security prison in upstate NY, and as a Knox County sheriff.
“Jason has a very strong background in the military and as a law enforcement officer,” said Michael Walden, CPP, President and CEO of Walden Security. “I believe that he will be a valuable addition to the Knoxville management team.”
As the operations manager for Knoxville, Bush is responsible for the administrative duties of the branch, including recruiting, counseling and coaching security officers and supervisors, overseeing compliance for all human resources issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. He and his wife Kristi live in Knoxville with their two-year-old daughter, Ashlyn.
Increasing Management Support Enhances Client Service in Nashville
Originally from Boston MA, Chuck Mason migrated to the South throughout his military career and has recently joined Walden Security as assistant operations manager for the Nashville branch. Before taking the position at Walden Security, Mason was a member of the 101st Airborne Division artillery and served in the Tennessee National Guard while attending Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In 2005, Mason earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management degree from MTSU.

As assistant operations manager for the Nashville branch, Mason’s responsibilities include maintaining security operations business plans and adhering to all program requirements. Mason and his seven-year-old daughter, Cheyenne, live in Murfreesboro.
