Walden Security consistently recruits, selects, trains, and maintains a satisfied, reliable, and effective security force. Our hiring process is designed to ensure nothing less. This process not only selects the best possible candidates, but helps eliminate those not suited for security work. An average of only one out of five applicants is selected for employment, proof of our uncompromising screening and background investigation standards.

Experience has taught us that there are also benefits to retaining a knowledgeable incumbent force. With client approval, we recruit current personnel, who must then successfully pass through our screening and selection process before assignment.
