Chattanooga, TN- June 16, 2010- Walden Security announced today that the Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN branches have successfully completed their annual ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System surveillance audits. The external audit, administered by American Systems Registrar (ASR), found zero non-conformances, major or minor, for the eighth straight year.
A company-wide ISO 9001:2008 certification confirms that Walden Security applies formalized business practices and guarantees its service will conform to measurable quality standards, specifically in areas such as human resources, training, operations, client service, documentation and contract compliance.
