Walden Security, along with its small business protégé Unity One East, both based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, have been awarded a new contract through their SBA-approved joint venture, Metro East Joint Venture LLC (MEJV).
This new contract is through the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Protective Service IDIQ Track 2 program and allows federal agencies to procure Protective Security Officer (PSO) services through MEJV.

The DHS’s Office of Procurement Operations has awarded the DHS FPS Armed Protective Security Officer Services Master IDIQ contract. This contract facilitates the provision of armed protective security services for federal facilities across the United States and its territories. It allows federal agencies to procure PSO services via task orders, ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and assets at federally owned or leased facilities.
This contract has a maximum value of $1.4 billion over a five-year period. The contract number is 70RFP225DEC000011.
