Armed | Unarmed Security Officer
Always alert and proactive, our security officers provide a physical presence and act when needed to prevent crime, deter criminals and mitigate threats. They are the first line of defense, responding to calls for help and disturbances and contacting law enforcement when situations demand it. They monitor access control and more, ensuring only authorized personnel are onsite and unauthorized persons are immediately identified. Â
Should a site require the added protection of armed officers, Walden Security strictly requires compliance of all state requirements. We also require our 16 hours of above-standard classroom training and shooting range qualification. When clients require “go to shots fired” response, we will also mandate eight hours of critical Active Intruder Response training, which includes scenario-based instruction.
