CHATTANOOGA, TN – Walden Security has been awarded the 23^rd spot in the 2024 Training APEX Awards. We are pleased to announce that this is the highest-ranking Walden Security has received in the seven consecutive years we have received the Training APEX Award. The 23^rd ranking showcases our company’s commitment to employee training and professional development, led by our corporate Learning and Development team and implemented daily by our trainers.

Walden Security was first awarded the Training APEX Award in 2018—ranked 121^st. In 2019, we moved to 54^th and received the Best Practice Award. In 2020 and 2021, our rankings rose as we received the Outstanding Training Initiative recognition. In 2023, we rose again to 39^th.

A total of 105 organizations were ranked in 2024. Two other security companies were ranked in 2024, landing in 59^th and 62^nd.

Training magazine’s Training APEX Awards rank the organization’s excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. The winners are organizations with the world's most successful learning and development programs, with their overall corporate training initiatives evaluated on the following criteria:

• Training Program and Scope (hours of training, number of trainers and budget)
• Tuition Reimbursement Offerings
• Training Technology Systems
• Human Resources (employee satisfaction surveys, employee length of service and turnover, job openings filled by internal candidates and more)

Walden Security’s ranking was announced at the Training APEX Awards Shining Stars Gala held on February 26, 2024, during the Training 2024 Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida.
